Plans, takeoff & quote
Send us the plan set and specs. We perform the full takeoff — every window, every floor — and return a detailed, line-item quote.
Field measure & order forms
Once the bid is accepted, we final-measure every window on site and prepare order forms floor by floor.
Manufacturing & scheduling
Production begins in our South Florida workroom while we lock an installation start date around your construction schedule.
Phased install & punch-out
We install in phases or floor by floor — your GC's call — and walk punch-out at the end of each phase, resolving items right away.

Do you handle large commercial orders?
Yes — because we manufacture locally in South Florida, volume orders for offices, hotels and residential towers are scheduled around your project timeline rather than overseas shipping. Tell us your window count and dates at the site walk and we build the production plan around them.
Are you licensed and insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes. Premium Blinds Co is licensed and insured, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance on request for building management, GCs and associations.
Can you install after hours or in phases?
Yes — after-hours, weekend and floor-by-floor phased installations are standard for occupied buildings, hotels and restaurants so your operation never stops.
What motorization systems do you support?
We install Lutron, Somfy and Coulisse motorized systems and integrate with Control4, Savant and Google Home — from a single conference room to building-wide scenes.
Do you work with GCs, architects and designers?
Yes — we work from your drawings and schedules, provide samples and spec sheets for approval, and coordinate directly with the site team.
What are lead times for commercial projects?
It depends on scope and fabric selection, so we commit to dates at the site walk — and because manufacturing is local, our lead times routinely beat imported alternatives. You get a firm production and installation schedule with your quote.
