How much do custom shades cost?
Most single-window roller shades start in the low hundreds; solar, zebra, motorized and specialty fabrics range up from there by size and options. Because we manufacture locally, we routinely beat big-brand quotes — and your exact quote is always free at the in-home consultation.
Zebra or roller — which should I choose?
They're both roller shades. A standard roller is the cleanest, most economical choice and pairs beautifully with a blackout liner; zebra adds adjustable sheer-and-solid bands for privacy you can dial in. Your designer shows both in your actual light.
Which shades handle direct Florida sun best?
Solar shades are engineered for glare and UV, and our locally made fabrics are chosen for salt-air coastal conditions. West-facing and waterfront rooms usually pair a solar shade with a blackout layer.
Are cordless and child-safe options available?
Yes — cordless and motorized operation are available on every style and are the standard we recommend for homes with children and pets.
Can you do shades for sliding doors and tall windows?
Constantly. Wide sliders and two-story windows are ideal candidates for motorization, and we size, install and program everything ourselves.
How long until my shades are installed?
Faster than most — because we manufacture locally, orders can be ready in as little as about 5 business days. Actual timing depends on how many orders are in production at the time, so busier stretches run a little longer. Your designer gives you a firm date at your consultation.
