How much do custom window treatments cost?
Most single-window shades start in the low hundreds; whole-home and motorized projects vary by size and fabric. Because we manufacture locally, we routinely beat big-brand quotes — and the consultation and exact quote are always free.
How long until my order is installed?
Because we manufacture locally in South Florida, blinds are typically ready in 3–5 business days and shades in about 5 business days (volume-dependent); drapery and motorized projects are cut and built to order and take longer. Your designer confirms a firm install date at your free consultation.
Do you handle condo and HOA requirements?
Every day — it's part of the job in South Florida. We prepare and submit the full HOA package for you: board applications and approvals, our license, certificates of insurance, fabric spec sheets, whatever your building requires. We work in high-end buildings across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach on a daily basis, so we already know what most associations expect.
Can you motorize my existing shades?
Often yes — and every new treatment we make can be motorized with Lutron, Somfy or Coulisse, controlled by remote, app or voice.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — flexible financing options are available, and your designer can pre-qualify you at the consultation.
